We have changed how we ship internationally.​ All of our international shipping is with DHL.

For ease for our international customers, we manage the import/customs costs directly with DHL Customs.

​

So we can provide you with the total cost which includes the bike, the shipping and import duties. Previously it was a bit of an unknown what you would be charged by customs, but this way you will have certainty on the import cost (duties/tax), and we manage the process and pay customs on your behalf.

 

Another benefit is that the bike won’t be held up by the customs department on route to you.

So, if you’re outside of the UK and would like a quote on the cost of the bike as well as the shipping and import costs, just get in touch and we can discuss the specifications of your bike and let you know the total cost - our email is info@stanforthbikes.co.uk
 

Once we have discussed the specifications of your Stanforth Bike and the cost, and you'd like to go ahead, the deposit is 50%, which can be paid by bank transfer, or by card.

 

We will then need your measurements so we can design your bike - these are the key measurements we require https://www.stanforthbikes.co.uk/measurements

Once designed we will send you an image of the design for your approval before building the frame.

 

The lead time from ordering to the bike being ready is 12 weeks. Once the bike is built, the remaining balance will then be payable, along with the shipping and import/customs costs.
