SKYELANDER ROHLOFF DISC COCKPIT

Bars: The Skyelander Rohloff Disc comes with riser bars, which are available in black or silver (as are the stem, spacers and seatpost). These alloy bars are 610mm wide and have a small 30mm rise.

If you’d prefer drop bars, there are a couple of options - either using Rohloff specific drop bars by Van Nicholas which have a split in the bar to accommodate the Rohloff twist shifter. Alternatively we can fit our standard Skyelander drops (the Nitto RM-013 heat treated bars), and we can fit the Rohloff twist shifter to a steerer mounted accessory bar which sits close the stem/bars for easy shifting. Levers: The brake levers with the riser bars are Shimano short pull levers suitable with the TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes, and with drops TRP RRL  levers

The stem: We offer both ahead and quill.

The ahead is a Zenith hollow forged AL6061-T6 aluminium stem.

​

Our standard quill stem is the Nitto Technomic Deluxe Tallux.

Grips and Tape: For flats/riser bars we tend to fit the Ergon GP5 Rohloff specific grips or if the biokork version is preferred then the GP1's. For drops we use Brooks microfibre bar tape.
